December 2/09
The good news is, they found the car, but now the bad news.....
The OPP in Cornwall have lost track of some valuable equipment from their recovered unmarked car.
Some of the items include three magazines with ammunition, a 40 calibre Sig Sauer issue firearm, and OPP body armour.
Yesterday at around 1:30am, the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Detachment responded to a stolen OPP vehicle.
But when they finally found the car at 1pm, most of the items were in a lock box that's no where to be found.
If anyone has information about this incident, they are asked to contact their nearest police agency or the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
